Once we receive your deposit, we will send you an electronic purchase agreement for your review and signature.
We ask that the remaining balance be paid within one week.
As soon as your payment is received and settled, we will have the notarized Warranty Deed recorded at the County. After that, we'll send you the original recorded deed.

We offer payment plans to fit every budget, so let us know what works and we'll customize a plan just for you!
Once your deposit is received, we will create the purchasing documents. (usually within 48 hours) and will send them to you electronically for your review and signature.
After you sign the documents we will set up your loan in our loan servicing system.
Then, you will receive an email to set up a secure login to your account.
This system helps us provide the best customer service we can by allowing you to access the details of your loan at your convenience.
Of course, you can always call, text, or email us at anytime.
Your first payment will be collected automatically via ACH from your bank account approximately 30 days after your down payment and then monthly thereafter via our automated payment system.
There is never a pre-payment penalty, you can make extra payments or pay off your note completely at any time.
Once your loan is paid off, we will create a Warranty Deed to transfer the property to you.
Next, we'll have the Warranty Deed recorded at the County.
After that, we'll send you the original recorded deed.
