Our policy

Each sale is governed by its purchase agreement. Refunds and cancellations are available only as stated in that agreement. Please read it before you pay, and contact us with any questions first.

How to request a refund or cancel

Contact us using the details below with your name, the property and the payment in question. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method: card payments to the same card, bank (ACH) payments to the same account. Allow 5–10 business days for it to appear. A card processing fee, where one was charged, is refunded in proportion to the amount refunded.

Automatic payments

You can cancel automatic monthly payments at any time from your payment page or by contacting us at least 3 business days before the next payment date. Cancelling automatic payments does not cancel your purchase agreement or the payments due under it.

Billing errors and disputes

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first and we will look into it right away. You also keep any rights you have under your card issuer's or bank's rules.
